Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order as well as your location. Because our products range from small keepsakes to larger, heavier bedding, shipping costs can vary. Rather than charge a flat rate, we calculate shipping cased on each individual order. 

We begin shipping orders out within 1 business day. Delivery takes anywhere between 3-5 business days.

Yep! For international orders, standard shipping can take up to 30 days, depending on your location. Please note that your order may be subject to customs, duties or import fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your shipping cost.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to track your order.

To start a return, please email us at info@new-grain.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send you everything you need to get your return on its way.

Returns must be requested within our return window and meet our return eligibility requirements.

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Just please make the items are unworn and unwashed! Sale items are final sale.

It takes 2-3 weeks for your refund. We will send you an email once the item has been received and your refund has been processed!

Our items run true to size unless otherwise stated in the product description. We're working on a new size chart but in the meantime, don't hesitate to contact us about your sizing measurements and preferences. We'll give you a recommendation.

Our items should be washed on a cold, delicate cycle with a gentle detergent. Then hung or laid flat to dry. Avoid bleach or any high heat. 

Our fabric is pre-washed to avoid any experience of noticeable shrinkage. That said, our items are made from natural fibers and we still recommend washing in cold water to prevent any potential shrinkage.

Most of our blankets are restocked within 2–4 months, while clothing and seasonal pieces may not return once sold out.
