Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your New Grain product! If you're not happy with your order, please let us know within 14 days from receiving the order. You can send back unused items with tags for or a store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not provide prepaid labels for returns and exchanges. You can reach us here to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that we are not able to reserve inventory for pending or in-transit returns or exchanges.
If your product arrives damaged or you find a problem upon arrival, please contact customer service so we can find a solution for you.
Shipping
We usually ship within 2-4 business days. Delivery takes between 3-7 days for US addresses, and about 7-14 days for overseas addresses (we do offer quicker delivery options at checkout).
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped. In peak periods or release of larger collections, processing time may be longer.
