Refund policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your New Grain product! If you're not happy with your order, please let us know within 14 days from receiving the order. You can send back unused items with tags for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not provide prepaid labels for returns and exchanges. You can reach us here to initiate a return or exchange. Please note that we are not able to reserve inventory for pending or in-transit returns or exchanges.
